    Cloudera Enterprise includes a Cloudera support contract which gives you direct access to our dedicated team of technical support analysts. We help isolate, identify and fix problems, and we can answer questions about Cloudera’s Distribution including Apache Hadoop and the applications you run on it. This comprehensive platform of software enables organizations to more easily take advantage of core Apache Hadoop.
