Previously, Greg was part of the esteemed Real-World Performance Group at Oracle and was the first member of the product management team at Snowflake Computing.

Before Cloudera, she spent 15+ years in infrastructure software. Santosh is a Product Manager at Cloudera focusing on the Data Warehouse product line. He knows a thing or two about enhancing SQL engines, scaling Metadata management, and leveraging Shared Data Experience (SDX) as a key enabler for businesses. Recently, he has been focused on our Data Warehouse Experience (DWX) product in the Cloud as part of the Cloudera's imminent Cloud Data Platform (CDP) launch! Before joining Cloudera, he worked in analytics at Facebook and engineering at Yahoo and Akamai. He received his BS in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, India and an MBA from Insead, France.

Sid is responsible for driving product strategy for Cloudera’s Cloud Datawarehouse offering. Over the last 20 years, Sid has built and sold databases in various companies. Most recently, he founded a Silicon Valley startup-- Performance Sherpa— in which his team automated IT performance engineering function in large B2C businesses. Prior to that, he worked as a product manager at Yahoo! and Qubole, managing product strategy for petabyte scale databases on private and public clouds. Before that, he worked at Teradata-Aster and Oracle in Engineering, IT, Pre-Sales, Business Development and Customer support. Sid loves the creative process of discovering, defining and solving high impact technology problems in large markets and scaling product businesses within those markets.

Justin Hayes is Cloudera's Director of Data Warehouse Field Engineering. He has worked for Cloudera for six years, and has been involved in the Hadoop community for nine years. He works with data warehouse customers across verticals, ranging from some of the earliest Hadoop adopters to those that are just getting started. As such he has a broad perspective of how the Big Data movement has evolved, and how it will continue to transform. Before joining Cloudera Justin was a Principal Architect with Red Hat, focusing on data, cloud, and middleware. He holds a MS in Computer Science from George Mason University, and a BS in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.

Shant Hovsepian

Shant Hovsepian is a Principal Engineer at Cloudera specializing in Data Warehouse. Prior to joining Cloudera, he was the co-founder and CTO of Arcadia Data, where he was responsible for the company’s long-term innovation and technical direction. Previously, Shant was an early member of the engineering team at Teradata, which he joined through the acquisition of Aster Data, and he interned at Google, where he worked on optimizing the AdWords database. His experience includes everything from Linux kernel programming and database optimization to visualization. He started his first lemonade stand at the age of four and ran a small IT consulting business in high school. Shant studied computer science at UCLA, where he had publications in top-tier computer systems conferences.
