Creator of Apache Hadoop Open Source Project to Present “Apache Hadoop: A New Data Paradigm” at the Tokyo International Forum

PALO ALTO, CA–(Marketwire – Aug 30, 2011) - Cloudera Inc., the leading provider of Apache Hadoop-based data management software and services, announced today that architect Doug Cutting, creator of Apache Hadoop, will deliver the keynote address “Apache Hadoop: A New Paradigm for Data Processing” at IDG Japan’s 2011 Next Generation Data Center Conference on September 1st. Cutting, who also sits on the board of the Apache Software Foundation, will offer tradeshow attendees his insights into the new paradigm for data analytics and business intelligence presented by Apache Hadoop and other open source technologies that are igniting a “data revolution.”
