The TRUSTe program covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website, www.cloudera.com, our Platform and does not cover information that may be collected through downloadable software or through our mobile applications. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Cloudera.
Cloudera complies with the U.S. – E.U. Safe Harbor framework and the U.S. - Swiss Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Collection of Information
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. Specifically, Cloudera uses an integrated version of Google Analytics. You may opt out from Google Analytics by use the Google’s Ads Preferences Manager. We also encourage you to use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cloudera takes reasonable measures to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Your Information Choices

If you wish to delete or suspend your account, please email us at email@example.com, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a certain period of time.

Removing or rejecting browser cookies does not necessarily affect third party flash cookies used in connection with our Services. Your California Privacy Rights
