Chief Executive Officer Charles Sansbury has more than 20 years experience in strategic, financial, and operational leadership roles across the software industry. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of enterprise IT management software provider ASG Technologies from 2015 until its 2021 sale to Rocket Software. Prior to that, Charles was COO and CFO of software holding company The Attachmate Group from 2006 until its acquisition by MicroFocus in 2014 as well as CFO of Vignette from 2001 until 2006. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Georgetown University and a master of business administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As chief strategy officer, Abhas leads the overall corporate strategy for Cloudera and is responsible for creating the company vision, building the business and customer target operating model, communicating that with key stakeholders via clearly defined OKRs, and executing key transformational initiatives to realize that plan. He’s also tasked with driving growth and innovation and making appropriate build/buy partner decisions, including pricing and packaging, corporate development, and Cloudera’s innovation accelerator to launch new products. Chief Product Officer Leo Brunnick has more than 30 years of experience leading high-performing technology teams. He leads Cloudera’s overall product and technology direction with an emphasis on customer success. Prior to Cloudera, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Naviga, a software provider for content development in media, where he led a team of more than 600 product, marketing, engineering, and customer support professionals. Previously, Leo held several executive positions at Vignette–including Executive Vice President of Engineering, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer at Vignette–until its sale to OpenText in 2008. Leo served as an officer in the Marine Corps and received his bachelor’s degree in general engineering from Harvard University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.

Bill is Senior Director of Data Warehouse Product Management at Cloudera. He is responsible for Open Data Lakehouse product strategy and Apache Iceberg integration with all Cloudera form factors. Bill also leads Apache Hive product strategy and roadmap. Bill has extensive experience in database, data integration, data management and analytics. Most recently, Bill was responsible for leading product strategies and GTM activities for SAP's flagship data products - SAP HANA Data Platform and SAP HANA Cloud.
